Previously a lawyer by profession, Bakhyt started her calligraphy journey in 2017. Since then her passion for calligraphy has taken her into the study of historical calligraphy as well as experimental forms and techniques of lettering. Bakhyt teaches calligraphy and has worked on a Spencerian manual in Russian.
