Annabel Delgado
An architect by training, Annabel started calligraphy ten years ago while trying to find the right ink for wedding invitations for a nephew. Her desire to combine calligraphic pieces with architectural settings requires an increase in scale, which she is currently exploring. She is also intrigued by creating work that is emotional rather than aesthetically pleasing. Layering and overlapping is her main approach to calligraphic experimentation.
