About the Artist
An artist based in Medellin, Colombia
Ana Sanabria
Ana Sanabria is a freelance lettering artist based in Medellín, Colombia. In 2017, she made a life-changing decision to pursue lettering more seriously, beginning formal training under the mentorship of Lieve Cornil. Her passion lies in making writing visible beyond the words themselves—treating letters as visual forms with expressive potential. Working across paper, digital media, and wood, Ana explores a wide range of letter-based practices, from handwriting, logo design, and branding to carving decorative wood pieces. For her, each project is an opportunity to bring words to life through craft, materials, and experimentation
